KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The OneLess Ministry Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of the OneLess Ministry by supporting programs, events, volunteers, and administrative processes, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. The OneLess Ministry Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Support OneLess groups and weekly programs by coordinating logistics, including managing CCB groups, registration forms, process queues, and room reservations.
- Support OneLess events, including OneLess Expo, Love Lived Out, Royal Family Kids Camp, Stop the Trafficking 5K, and respite nights, by coordinating logistics.
- Maintain the OneLess ministry calendar and collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to support event promotion, including website updates and merchandise needs.
- Oversee the volunteer process, including managing volunteer inquiries and requests through CCB and coordinating volunteer communications.
- Track and monitor OneLess ministry budget expenditures.
- Track ministry goals and key metrics, including event and group attendance and volunteer engagement.
- Manage the OneLess office space, storage areas, and ministry supplies, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
- Other duties, as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL AND SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS:
- Education required: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
- Experience preferred: 2+ years’ experience in project or event management.
- Passion and interest in OneLess ministries specifically related to children-at-risk; shown through serving, education or leadership.
- Strong project management and written communication skills, with a track record of managing multiple events and projects.
- Independent, self-starter, task-oriented with ability to problem solve.
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
- Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20).
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations.
- Consistent attendance and participation in Grace Church and involvement in the life of the church.
